CID Faculty Grant Pilot Program

The Stone Center is pleased to introduce a pilot program to support wealth inequality research by CID faculty members. Please read the program details below and fill out the application by February 28, 2025 to receive funding as part of the pilot.

Eligibility

Eligibility: Current CID faculty (including faculty associates) are eligible to apply, provided they have not previously had their time supported by funding from CID. To be eligible, proposed projects should investigate topics related to wealth inequality.

Expectations: award recipients are expected to:

  • Spend the funded time on the proposed project
  • Maintain involvement as CID faculty during the period of the award
  • Allow CID to highlight and promote the project
  • Acknowledge CID’s support in any resulting presentations and publications
  • At the end of the award period, submit a report of project activities

Funding
Funded applicants may choose to receive their funding as either:

  1. Two months of salary support
  2. One course release

Awards should be fully spent over a two-year period.

Applications for this pilot round of funding were due by February 28, 2025.
